Wonderful process/visit start to finish. Starting with some technical difficulties I had in the booking process that were rapidly and smoothly resolved. Plenty of reminders before appointment, easy to follow links and instructions to fill out paperwork. My visit itself was full of friendly people, both up front and in the back. Imaging tech was super good and even indulged me by pointing out interesting things on the images, super, super cool stuff. No judgement for not being great at flossing and brushing, just some advice to make it easier. Great explanations from the doc regarding what they'd found in the earlier tests and how I can improve my general health. Payments were covered separately and in detail, everything transparent and open to questions, which I appreciated greatly. And bonus they even had time today to start working on some of my cavities and that was a many, many hours long process. I got breaks when needed, and it was a pretty smooth and basically painless on my end. Highly recommend you get into the office while they're still accepting patients, I get the impression they'll be full soon!

What a wonderful experience at a dental office, which I don’t say often! Everything is top level tech, brand new office, and an extremely competent front office. Dr. Cowan makes things as comfortable as possible and keeps you well-informed as you go, as does his assistant! Both really try to put you at ease and be as efficient as possible without sacrificing quality of their work. (It’s also a super convenient location in Long Beach.)
