I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I came to the Long Beach Modern Dentistry after neglecting my oral hygiene. I get extremely nervous and made that known when I arrived. My dentist and the Modern Dentistry staff were AMAZING. They understood my anxiety and made me feel comfortable and informed the second my appointment started. I now have a team working with me and I am so very grateful.

I came in as a first time patient today and Dr. Cowan was extremely professional while also ensuring I was comfortable. He took his time and ensured all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood each step of the visit. He also did my cleaning as the hygienists were taking care of other patients; he did a fantastic job. The office manager, Tiffany was LOVELY and is excellent at what she does! She is extremely professional and takes the time to explain things really well and works hard to ensure that insurance covers what it's supposed to. The tech that did my x-rays was also awesome and made me feel comfortable and explained every step. The team was all around professional, warm, and good at what they do. I'm excited to have found a good team as it's been a struggle in the past. Thanks Dr. Cowan and team!

The words great after and denist appointment aren't usually used in the same sentence; however, when it comes to the care I recieved at Long Beach Modern Denist, the word great fits perfectly. My hygienist Avery put me at ease with her humor and stories while professionally doing a thorough job of deep cleaning my gums and teeth. Tiffany, the office manger made me feel welcomed when i arrived this morning at 7:45. She was very accommodating when I asked for an itemized receipt. We also had a nice exchange of spritual encouragement as I was checking out. Dr. Cowen has put an A++ team of denist professional together. I can honestly say, this is the first time im my 50++ years on earth that I look forward to my next denist appointment. Andre C
