Yesterday I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Cowan at Long Beach Modern Dentistry, and I was completely taken aback by his level of service and genuine care. Dr. Cowan and his team were extremely attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The office is very clean and everyone from Dr. Cowan, to the oral hygienist, dentist assistant, and admin staff, has excellent chair-side manner. They were incredibly thorough and taught me new ways to improve my oral hygiene that I never knew before. I realized there were things I had been doing that weren’t actually helping my overall oral and gum health. Unlike my past dentists who used the same basic approach to cleanings, this office goes far beyond the basics. They used advanced dental technology during my cleaning and also performed a variety of assessments and scans to really evaluate where my oral and gum health currently stands. I had a few areas that need improvement, so Dr. Cowan created a clear treatment plan moving forward. I left my appointment feeling confident that at this office I will truly be improving and strengthening my oral and gum health, and not just managing it. Their office name “Modern Dentistry” is very fitting. Their approach, high-quality care, and technology is top tier and on another level compared to any dental office I’ve been to. Dr. Cowan and his entire staff are the best. Polite, helpful, and caring from start to finish. Dr. Cowan takes the time to address any concerns you may have and he explained in detail the treatments I was to receive. The office has all of the latest dental technology and is immaculate. Such a positive experience and that can be hard to find these days. My husband and I are very happy that we found Long Beach Modern Dentistry and you will be too.
